Sirince : Land of home-made wines
Greek writer Dido Sotiroyo says in her famous book ‘Say Hello to Anatolia’ that, ‘If there is a place called heaven in this planet, Sirince should be a part of it’’. I think she is complitely right. Sirince, located 7 kms far from Selcuk (connected via İzmir highway) and Ephesus is the cutest village I have seen so far. It is very special for many reasons, First, Sirince offers you a rich history dated back to 5 century. Best home made wines in Turkey are produced in there.
