Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
See rock and roll history at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I spent at least 8 hours in this museum reading about every detail there was on the different museum exhibits. They have really unique rock pieces of art including the bass guitar smashed on the cover of London Calling. One thing to watch out for is that you will end up paying $20 to get in. But if you are a rock fan it will completely be worth it. They have stuff you’d never expect to see including hand written notes from the Beatles including songs written on paper by my favorite Beatle, John Lennon. Unfortunately, unless you are really sneaky you won’t be able to take any photographs of these wonderful items. I just tried to relish the pictures while I was there and was able to just tell all my friends about my experience when I got home. If you want a keepsake on your way out, the staff will offer the chance to buy a photo that they took of you at the beginning of the tour. Honestly the photos aren’t all they great so I passed on this opportunity. [more] |

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is located in Cleveland, Ohio. It is a museum that is dedicated to the preservation of the world's most popular rock and roll bands and singers. Inside the Rock Hall, one can see many different memorabilia from various rocks bands throughout history. You can see some of the outfits that Elvis wore, some of the Beatles clothes and items, Elton John's glasses and more. When I went there, they were having a tribute to British bands, so they had a lot of Beatle stuff there. It was really fun learning about the history of the Beatles. From time to time, there will be concerts held at the Rock Hall. Sometimes, there is even a visit from a famous rock n roller. Every year the Rock Hall inducts new people into the Hall of Fame. Therefore, there is always something new and exciting to do at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It is located on the shore of Lake Erie in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. It draws thousands of visitors each year. It is a really cool place to visit if you are into rock and roll history. [more] |
