Rainbow Falls: hike the backwoods
Rainbow Falls is an Ontario Provincial park near the chilly shores of Lake Superior, with great camping and hiking. If you are planning a trip here I recommend taking a nature hike through the Ontario backwoods for an hour to the waterfalls that the park is named after. I wasn't in bad shape at the time when I visited this park and I found the trails quite challenging, so bring a lot of water and maybe even a light snack on your hikes. Also do not forget to pack your camera, because, as you get to certain heights, you will reach clearings with breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Superior.
