Luisenplatz
Besides being a former military town, Darmstadt also has a lot of neat stuff to see. For example, there is a big town square like meeting area called the Luisenplatz. The Luisenplatz is a very nice area to just chill and observe different people walking by. It is also a main hub for all of the public transportation that runs through Darmstadt. Another nice part of the Luisenplatz is that the Darmstadt mall also called the Luisen center is there. Basically the Luisenplatz is a great place to go if you are visiting Darmstadt because virtually everything is accessible from the luisenplatz. If you visit Darmstadt or are just passing by, make sure to stop by the Luisenplatz. [more] |
