You need to be at the Penguin Parade viewing site one hour before sunset. It is also a good idea to prebook your tickets during holidays, as it gets quite busy. We got a bit lost on the way, but made it on time and prepared to wait with the rest of the crowd. As it was getting dark, penguins...
