In corporation with Musee du Vin( Museum of Wine), Le Gourmet Quercynois has more than enough of wine to please Gourmet’s picky tongue. Food is delicated served and finely cooked. Sitting by the open fire place, it's quite an experience. Here I recommend you as below: Menu of the gourmet: Aperitif: 0.1L red wine w/h black currant ※ Soup on the house: 0.1L creamy pumpkin soup with herbs Entrée: goose liver x3 slightly sauted served w/h berry vinegar sauce, liver pieX2 in pepper salty & poppy seed. Main course: Lamb steak rare served with pea pod and creamy potato as side order※ Dish in between: walnut salad and cheese of the region 3 sauces( honey, berry, wine vinegar) Dessert: A.Caramel pudding x2 ( original flavor, lavender flavor) ※ B.Chocolate walnut cake company with a scoop of walnut vanilla ice cream Dessert on the hause: Walnut in honey syrup.
