Hashimoto - japanese restaurant So to all people who have returned from japan or simply can't go without traditional japanese food, try the Hashimoto in Saarbrücken. They have a japanese cook who does really great work at fish dishes. The food is some kind of expensive but not altered to european taste. It is real japanese style, that is why a lot of japanes people likes to eat at this place, too. This restaurant is styled a little japanese, too but not too much. The waiter and waitress are japanese but speak fluently german and a little english, too. They stick to japanese service rules, so you are treated as the honoured guest. It is a nice experience but for someone who hasn't been to japan, yet it also might appear a little embarassing. [more]
