Alternative movie screens
Cinemas are usually looking the same. The most popular one are located in shopping malls, but I find them a bit impersonal and not cozy at all. My favorite movie screens are definitely Muranow and Kino Paradiso. They are alternative and are showing movies which are mainly classics or underground. There are often high quality festivals organized there. It might be difficult to get tickets if you don’t book in advance. Kino Paradiso has the particularity of having a tiny audience with 30 seats.
