Norma's
Norma's is a nice, all-American restaurant in Palm Springs that offers delicious options such as seared rock lobster and asparagus omelets, banana-macadamia nut flapjacks, huevos rancheros, crepes and more, including an incredible lobster frittato which comes in two versions: with one ounce of Sevruga caviar, it costs just $100, but with ten ounces, the price jumps up to a whopping $1000! Naturally, their other dishes range at around just $20.00 per plate, so don't let that throw you off... it's just one of your choices. ;) Norma's is open from 7 am to 3 pm on Monday and Tuesday and form 7 am to 10 pm from Wednesday through Sunday.
