Settled in Bellevue's Factoria Square Mall at 12708 Southeast 38th Street, there's a wonderful Asian restaurant that has steered away from the traditional Chinese fare to create some of the most interesting dishes in town, such as "vegetarian goose," which is a combination of shiitake mushrooms and tofu. I would highly recommend trying either their barleygreen noodles with your choice of meat(s) or their dish which combines chicken, jellyfish and tinged with cilantro to create a wonderfully flavourful offering.
