Seastar Restaurant & Bar is a local favourite among the residents of Bellevue, Washington, thanks to the fresh seafood menu that has been prepared here with ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. Located at 205 108th Avenue, this restaurant features dishes such as applewood-grilled swordfish with artichoke and capers, Columbia River white sturgeon with huckleberry beurre blanc and my favourite: cedar plank-roasted Alaskan king crab with fresh vegetables -- delicious! The raw bar is a bit more casual than the dining room and serves some of the best shucked oysters in town, therefore I can highly recommend taking a trip to this great little seafood restaurant.
