El Tequila
El Tequila is a Mexican restaurant with real Mexican food, owned by Mexicans, with absolutely wonderful lunch specials. This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat in Owatonna. Their lunch specials make it nearly as cheap as making something yourself at home, and personally I can’t cook anywhere near that good. The menu is typical Mexican fare, they have chips and salsa as a free appetizer while you look over the menu, they serve alcohol if you’d like a margarita or Mexican beer with your meal and the staff has always been quick and pleasant at the numerous visits I’ve had at El Tequila. I highly recommend it, like I said, especially for lunch. Also, in the evenings it can be quite busy as most of Owatonna has discovered this place too by now. [more] |
