Free Museums on Wednesdays
Some of Copenhagen's museums open their doors to the general public on Wednesdays. This would include the Statens Museum For Kunst, the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek and the National Museum. What a great chance to see some fine art collections and not pay too much in the process. The down side is that the museums can get pretty crowded on Wednesdays especially the Ny Carlsberg and National Museum. For an educational museum that is always free and not very crowded, try the Resistance Museum, which is located near the Little Mermaid. [more] |
