Robinsons Mall, Where the Relaxing Shopping Is!
When I say shopping malls are crowded in the Philippines, I am not lying. Maybe you have read in some reviews how ga-ga Filipinos are when it comes to malls, whether they are actually shopping or not. It's just a place to go for us, Filipinos. With a considerable number of malls in Iloilo City, it is quite difficult to decide which one to go. Honestly, most Ilonggos prefer the SM City Mall because of its popularity. I don’t know why. This mall is always crowded and full of shoppers and window shoppers alike. However, I find it more relaxing to be in Robinsons Mall at the city proper area. Since it is not very crowded I can walk around, window shop, or do my shopping without the usual crowd disturbance. The mall has an activity center in the middle of its ground floor area where there is a fountain to entertain kids who get amazed by the splashing water together with the lights to make an interesting effect with the fountain. This is basically a complete mall where there are restaurants, fast food areas, cinemas, grocery section, book store, department store, and drug store among others. Yes, I watch movies in its cinema and as I always say, it is not that crowded compared to the cinema of others. This mall is also comparably newer and cleaner among all malls in the city.
