This place is a great and very traditional Spanish bar. Located about 5 km away from the town of Totana on the main road, you can come off the motorway if travelling, follow the signs to Lebor and get straight back on the road again after eating! You can generally spot Bar Miras from the number of cars and huge trucks that stop for the drivers to refuel! There is a basic terrace if you want to sit out and don´t mind the noise of the motorway, but inside is pretty nice. If eating around Spanish lunchtime, 2pm, you probably won´t get a table inside without a reservation, but they are happy to serve you hot and cold tapas outside. Recomment the tortilla, the rabbit (conejo) and the pork magras. There is usually a very good selection. A real little gem at the roadside at very reasonable prices. [more] |
