Bar Restaurant La Charca
This is a great place to go, set in a nice urbanisation just outside of Totana. From the town, look for signs to Aledo and follow the road out of town. You will see on the right hand side of the road a pair of "whalebones" as they are known locally. These mark the entrance to the urbanisation, and the bar is on the right after the first roundabout. We love to go here for 2 reasons. The food is good and we have never been disappointed by either the tapas at the bar, or a full sit down meal. Best of all though, is that it is set off the road with a great kids play park. You can sit on the terrace in the spring to autumn months and just watch the kids run around whilst you enjoy tapas and a beer. The only problem here is that the kids never stop playing long enough to eat much, so take my advice and do´nt order too much food for them! [more] |
