One of the best restaurants I've ever been in in Mexico was La casa del Maiz, or The House of Corn. You should really go there. It's a must-visit! The place is lovely decorated and the friendly staff creates a lovely atmosphere. The food is more than delicious and they have a wide variety of rare Mexican dishes. Their prices are average, but I would pay a lot more to eat there. The place is clean and seriously, it's so lovely painted and decorated, you could consider it a work of art.
