Glass Museum
Monterrey and the surrounding area are famous in Mexico for their glass works. If you want to learn more about working with glass you should definitely pay a visit to the Glass Museum(Museo del Vidrio). I visited this museum, mostly because I wanted to see how they manage to paint on glass and create those lovely models they are known for. I didn't leave the museum disappointed, as I found out about several interesting techniques and I must say I became pretty interested in creating art on glass. The museum is interesting and let's be honest, it's something you don't get to visit everyday, so why not pay it a visit? [more] |
