Sanborns may be one of the most well-known restaurants in Mexico City. It's a place mainly for tourists, although you will always see some locals there too. I don't really like to eat in such famous places, as I consider them somehow superficial, but this place is simply great. I;ve only eaten there once and I had some enchiladas, but they have a very wide variety of food, mainly Mexican, but also some Spanish courses. The staff is professional, like they are almost everywhere in Mexico and it's very difficult to leave the place unsatisfied. It's located in a very famous building, of historical importance, which is called Casa de Azulejos. I'd say the prices are slightly above average. [more] |
