Get to know the local traditions
I am Bulgarian and I still found the Ethnographic Museum very interesting. I would imagine it would be fascinating for someone unfamiliar with the Bulgarian culture. The museum tells the story of the life in the end of 19th – beginning of the 20th century – you can see traditional costumes, jewelry, arts and crafts. I think the most captivating exhibits are the ones representing the local customs and rituals, which I have not come across anywhere else in the world.
