I wish I could return to Saur sometime soon... it was a great place in every way imaginable, from the food, the ambience, the hospitality, everything. While the menu wasn't available in English, I could read the Dutch well enough to understand what was offered. I had what was literally translated to be "Rack of lamb with pistachio crust, potatoes and mushrooms with a savory lamb juice." That's what it tasted and looked like, anyway!
