Good Food and Great Entertainment
Seating for 1,100, 52,000 square feet, designed to look like a Mexican village at night, this is not just a restaurant. This is an experience. The food is good (I'd recommend the all you can eat chicken platter), but it's the atmosphere you come for. The most impressive aspect is probably the 30-foot waterfall where you can watch a variety of high-dive acts. Black Bart's cave, the poolside caverns, the gold and silver mines, just wandering around the restaurant can fill hours. Though this restaurant is geared mainly towards kids, it's a fun place for the whole family.
