Darling Wines
Darling Wines arguably sports one of the best wine selections in Chiang Mai but it wasn’t only this that was the draw for me. In fact I had heard that this small but very classy bar also offered a selection of Australian and French cheeses to go along with the various wine choices. It certainly was the case and I was able to sample some very nice flavours. As for the wines, Darling imports reds and whites from Chile and Australia and also from a number of European countries too. The selection was very extensive and the place relaxed and calm.
