Café Bola
Every eatery has their own, unique menu, mode of service, and gimmicks to keep by-passers attracted and make them come back for more. You will surely find it difficult to choose one. But for starters, I would suggest that you try Café Bola, a minute Filipino-Italian-Mexican eatery with a twist. Café Bola is found at the Coliseum Circle and is frequented by PBA patrons whose mind is still with the ‘bola’ (ball). However, the name of this cozy restaurant is in no way talking about that kind of ball but rather the meatballs that it is most famous for. But hey, it is not just meatballs that are must-try at Café Bola. There is also the Spicy Tuyo Fillet, the Kesong Puti Cheesecake, and the Kamias Shake – all of which are made from proudly Filipino ingredients given classy makeovers. [more] |
