Angel Inn
During the time we spent in York, we stumbled upon a restaurant that we both thought was a home at first, but a woman welcomed us in for lunch and a drink. At first, we politely declined and were about to continue along our way, then she realized that we thought that the place was a home, so she corrected herself and gave us the name of the place: "Angel Inn." The food here tasted wonderful and the portions were very generous. I had fillet of Yorkshire beef and Yorkshire pudding, which was my first time to ever try it. I thought I'd give it a try, though, else I may have trouble finding it again later on. Sinfully delicious. [more] |
