There are two locations for the Savannah Candy Kitchen, one in City Market, one down on River Street. Both are pretty similar, making candies by hand as well as selling ice cream and factory-made candy. I really don't go in there except to get things for family when going out West- I don't eat too much Oreo Fudge, and if I did I would just make it myself. They do a good job, and their pralines are actually VERY good. Southerners do love their candy, so getting a sample or small bite is a good idea. I always make sure to get a coupon from either and Oglethorpe Tours or Old Savannah map, it'll get you 10-15% off your purchase. [more] |
