Le Quai
When my husband and I took a second trip to Marseille, we dined at Le Quai for dinner on one very late evening. We had spoiled ourselves with cherry tarts earlier that afternoon, so we weren't hungry again until around nine o'clock that evening. We were able to get a table here fairly easy and our service wasn't bad at all, I thought, and the food... while it may have tasted good, it certainly wasn't the best in Marseille. Still pretty good, though! My husband and I both ordered steaks, a larger one for him and a small cut for myself, leaving just a little bit of pink for him and mine cooked well-done, just the way we ordered. We skipped dessert for that night, but with dinner and wine, the bill wasn't all too expensive at all at just under 40 euros. [more] |
