We had looked and asked around for a Russian restaurant we had dined at on our previous trip to Marseille and we thought that we had been given the right directions, but much to our confusion, we ended up at a rather lovely restaurant called, "Dimitri." Similar name, similar food, if not tastier. My husband started out with Borsh and I had Lapsha, which was rather tasty, I thought, and we both had Pelmeni stuffed with minced lamb and drizzled with cheese and surrounded with cabbage. Russian dishes are always unique, but in a warmly welcomed way, making it a nice change from all the French food I'm always surrounded with, just like at the other Russian restaurant in Marseille... only better! We paid around 35-37 euros for this meal, which wasn't bad at all, I thought!
