Japanese Buffet to your heart's delight
For mother's day, we went to the Malaysian branch of the popular Taiwanese Japanese buffet restaurant, Jogoya at Star Hill Shopping Centre, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and the Golden Triangle. For RM80 =US25, we got an unlimited supply of sushi, sashimi, as well as a wide selection of local, western, indian, italian...probably everything that i would normally want to eat was there. you can even get the chefs to cook your food for you on the spot, and serve it at your table. not to mention lots of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), ice-cream and dessert, all unlimited!! it's the perfect place for celebrations, but we splurged on the late lunch and were set for the day. careful what time you go because they seat at four intervals with different charges (lunch, late lunch, dinner and supper). With the convenient location, it's the ideal place to stop for a meal between shopping and sightseeing. [not to be missed: fresh thai coconuts! i must have drank at least 8 of those.] [more] |
