Great Bakery/Coffee Shop in Winslow
This bakery and coffee shop is a nice place to sit for a cup of coffee and a treat. It is located in the downtown area on Winslow Way and is within walking distance of the ferry. It offers more parking than Blackbird as it is located in a mini-mall type area with a parking lot in front. Their bakery items are very good and they serve good coffee, too. Their seating capacity is perhaps a little more than most coffee shops. There was a steady flow of customers while we were there, but we were fortunate to find seating for the eight of us at the large back table. I was impressed with the friendly staff and would definitely recommend this as a place to stop for coffee and treats. [more] |
