Fine Dining - Northwest Style
If you want to experience fine dining on Bainbridge Island, Ruby's is the place to go. The atmosphere is elegant, the view is beautiful, and the food is incredible. Situated at the head of Lynwood Bay, the location is a bit more out-of-the way and you will most likely want to drive if you are planning to take the ferry over from Seattle or Bremerton. Though nothing is too far on the island, it is a few miles from the ferry and not within easy walking distance. The atmosphere and the food are worth the rather large expense. Candlelight offers an intimate dining experience. They specialize in Northwest fare so you may not find the typical set of entrees but the food here is fantastic and their desserts are heavenly. In addition to a great selection of entrees, they offer a wide variety of Northwest wines on their wine list. Reservations are highly recommended if you want to eat here.
