Get Your Gym On!
I'm a member of LA Fitness, an American health club chain, and I absolutely love it. Their variety of machines, classes, and facilities make it a state-of-the-art health facility. The headquarters are located in Irvine, so I think this club is the best. It's also relatively new; it's less than a decade old. It's located off the Jamboree exit of the Interstate 5 Fwy., so the location is really convenient if you're in the south Orange County area. They offer yoga, dance, aerobics, and various other classes throughout the day. For members and guest pass holders, it's free! And they have many, many cardio machines, with plenty of varieties to choose from, so you never have to wait in line. There's also a spa jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, and basketball/racquet ball courts. There's also a practice room that you can reserve; it also has kickboxing equipment. [more] |
