Olu Deniz – beautiful lazy days on the beach!
Olu Deniz is a medium sized laid back picturesque beach resort a short bus ride from Fethiye. Situated on the turquoise coast, the resort is famous for the stunning blue lagoon, which is one of the most photographed beaches in the world. The lagoon is a national park and you much pay a small fee to enter and sunbathe. The mountain scenery is magical and from the beaches you can spend hours fascinated by the descent of hundreds of paragliders tumbling down from the mountains above. There is an excellent selection of beachfront bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and an array of souvenir shops to browse. Daily gullets depart from the beachfront for a fantastic day out on the open sea. [more] |
