Praia da Trindade - paradise in Brazil
When you drive from Paraty to São Paulo, along the road Rio-Santos, at some point you turn left into the beautiful mountains, covered with the typical Atlantic Forest of Brazil. Then you will find some narrow roads (mostly asphalted) – at times crossed by small water creeks…but keep going until you reach Praia da Trindade...on the border of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro states. This was one of the most beautiful beaches I ever visited – but Brazil is just a paradise in what comes to amazing beaches. Trindade used to be just a bunch of fishermen houses. Then one bar after the other opened – and now not just hippies elect the place to spend a great time. The water is warm, the mountains in background are fabulous – and the coconut water by the end of the day tastes just greattttt!!! [more] |
