Wagyu certainly had come highly recommended. It is one of the better know steak houses in Hong Kong specializing in the very fine quality Wagyu Steaks, but also offering other steak delights too, and with a very good reputation it seems that getting a prior reservation would be a sensible step. I didn’t have one and was lucky enough to be there just on a plain ordinary, very busy, almost full night, rather than the more typically overfull ones. Such is the success of this place I thought I had better enjoy my time there. Whilst the menu was centered around the famous Australian steaks there were in fact plenty of other dishes on offer including seafood and a range of pastas and salads. Having enjoyed my fill, it would be fair to say that Wagyu very much deserved its well earned premier status.
