The National History Museum is situated in the historical center of Chisinau and is considered to be the largest, the oldest and the most visited museum in the country. It is sure an impressive museum structured according to its many scientific sections: Ancient History and Archaeology, Medieval History, History of Basarabia. Most of all I enjoyed the museums Casa Mare, an exemplary of a most important and beautifully arranged room in a house, where all celebrations take place. Note that there is no public parking facility at the museum. [more] |
