This establishment is designed to look like a theater set, complete with laundry in the windows, old yoys and recycled workbenches. It opened three years ago and is home to Martine Barbefier and Christophe Bastit's cheerful jumble of bric-a-brac. The regional dishes on the menu reflect this light-hearted touch, with such names as cancans de la mare, qui l eut cru and sortie en pointu (a dish of sardines marinated in Chinese anise and sauteed).
