My friend and I were wandering down St. Laurent street for a bite to eat. We didn't want totally fancy as it was outside our budget. But we didn't want fast food either. We wanted casual but good food.

We ended up going to Jano Grillades (Portugese food). We stopped there because you could see someone grilling meats through the window. And it looked so good!

We went inside and were invited with some really nice smells of grilled meats. Nothing overpowering...but just really tasty.

It wasn't a huge menu, but nice assortment of grilled meats and sides. We both ended up getting the daily special which was a 1/4 grilled chicken, 2 small... [more]
