Dar Batha Museum
There are many museum in Fez and I consider Dar Batha to be one of the most interesting of the ones I visited. My group and I visited the museum and all of us liked the exhibits. Even though the museum is very similar to other Moroccan museums, in terms of what it has on display, I think it's worth visiting. Anyway, art and crafts are different in the different areas of Morocco and it's great to see and analyze the difference. What I most liked in the museum was the furniture exhibition. They have very old pieces of furniture, dating from different centuries. I also saw lovely pieces of pottery, with typical Moroccan decorations. Make sure you don't miss it. [more] |
