I would recommened spending some quality time on the castle. Here you can get one of the best views of Tuebingen. When I have free time, I usually like to go up here just to see the town from up high. I am usually able to see most of the city of Tuebingen on a clear day. This castle is not the biggest castle that I have seen in Germany, actually, it is one of the smallest that I have seen, but it really adds character to the city of Tuebingen. There is also a really nice museum inside. There is also a nice little cafe up by the castle and also a nice restaurant. Although I have not eaten at either of these, I am looking forward to taking my girlfriend here sometime. Don't miss the chance to go up here... You will really miss out on a nice part of Tuebingen.
