Poiana Braşov
Placed at 13 km from Brasov, Poiana Brasov is the ideal place for skying. The resort has 12 sky tracks for different levels and two sky lifts. The problem is that, no matter if you are a beginner or an advanced skier, you have to go on the final part of the track which transforms from snow into ice. So, there is a big chance you loose control and fall. Moreover, the tracks are very popular so they are crowded with people. If you are not good at slaloms, your descend will be a continuous trial not to knock the other skiers, but it's a great experience. [more] |
