I was lucky enough to actually be, at least, a true vegetarian when I came to Vegan Glory, unlike my travel buddies, who, to their unfortune (or so they thought), were meat eaters. This restaurant is sunny and bright and attracts diners from across the metro area who are looking for tasty, healthy, non-meat-based dishes. While plenty of menu options feature only vegetables, there are also a lot of other soy and wheat versions of chicken, pepper steak and fish, along with, of course, tofu. You can get a combination meal here that includes an entrée, steamed brown rice, a spring roll and salad. Also, if you get dessert here, I highly recommend their coconut ice cream with palm seeds or their banana spring rolls.
