A Little Extra Info
If you’re in Vegas, you are only about 50 minutes from the dam. So if you have some time to kill, I would recommend taking a drive out here. Also, bare in mind the weather…southern Nevada is extremely hot, and you will be outside for a period of time. You will want to bring water with you as well as a comfortable pair of shoes…you will be doing a lot of walking. Also beware of long lines and waits. I didn’t experience this, but my cousin had. Therefore, you may want to arrive a little early and plan for lines just in case. [more] |
