Dracula Restaurant
There is a restaurant right in the memorial house of Vlad Dracul, which must not be mistaken with Vlad Tepes(Dracula). Vlad Dracul was his father. When I visited the house and the museum that lays upstairs, I was convinced by my friends to have a meal at the Dracula Restaurant. I don't really like excessive use of history for tourism purposes, but I greed. In spite of the very high prices, compared to normal Romanian restaurants, the food was delicious. We had some „Sarmale“ with sour cream and they were obviously very good. The staff was nice, but in the Romanian way. What I mean is that the staff really takes care of you, but there is a barrier between customer and employee. [more] |
