After a satisfyingly exhausting day on the river or rock, treat yourself to specialty pizzas and beers on tap at Pies and Pints, by far the most popular dinner spot in Fayetteville, West Virginia, near the rim of the New River Gorge. There's outdoor and indoor seating, ripped servers, and plenty of food and beer. Try one of the specialty pies, like the pesto pie and definitely include a spinach salad. They have plenty of beers on tap, including the Appalachian Ale from Morgantown-based West Virginia Brewing Company. The restaurant’s closed on Mondays and expect a wait on busy weekends. [more] |
