Fish restaurant "Zur Kogge" We spent a freezing evening walking through Stralsund downtown trying to find a local pub serving local food at local prices and most of what we found was either pretentious or served bistro food (fries, tacos and stuff, nothing local). We ended up in this one and were really happy with it. The interior was quite dreadful (a stark contrast to the beautiful house fassade) and the music so German we ended up hysterically giggeling over it (think 1980s German pop music and nordic fishermen choires). But the food was excellent (if you like fish) and the prices alright. When in the end we pointed out to them that they´d forgotten to charge us for 2 beers they gave us free shots.
