The Pasha Restaurant
The Pasha Restaurant in Timisoara is a Lebanese restaurant not far from the town center. If you want to know what: Humous, Tabuleh, Fattoush, Kash, Malouf, Kafta and other specialties taste like, I suggest you go there once just for the fun of discovering what the words mean. I know I’ll go there again because I really felt like a bashaw after the meal. It is not pricey; the four of us paid a total of 80 euro which included a 20 euro bottle of the finest Romanian wine.
