Brown Sugar - the best jazz in Taipei
How much do you love jazz? If you love it so much, then Brown Sugar is the right place to go. Brown Sugar is one of the high class bar located on #101, SongRen Rd., Taipei City which is only 100 meter ish from Taipei 101. The minimum charge is around 8-10 Euro ish depending on the day. Brown Sugar is always packed even on weekdays, and it is famous for its fabulous live music (sometimes from USA and other countries) and the cuisine. Sometimes they also play blues, funk, fusion and even Latin music. If you want to eat good food, then you should try Baked Mushrooms Stuffed With Bacon And Onion and Linguini Pasta With Clams. The prices of the drinks are variable, like 4 Euro for beer, 5-9 Euro for cocktails and 22-240 Euro for a bottle of wine. I like the ambiance there, not too crowded but fun. [more] |
