Emirates Has Left Our Luggage in Dubai
This story is a little funny and irritating for us. We had this trip from Philippines to Italy with Emiorates as our plane of choice. No problems with the plain, I love the service and the fascilities. The trip however has a stop over Dubai, then we had to get down and take again another plane (also Emirates) to Malpensa after three hours of waiting at Dubai Terminal. When we arrived at the Milan Malpensa Airport, the first news that greeted us was that we need to go to the information desk. There, we were informed that our luggage was left in Dubai! Practically, I had nothing with me! The good thing is, the Emirates staff promised to deliver our luggage in three days. And they did. At least the damage done was controlled. No hurt feelings for Emirates. I will take the plane again if given the chance. [more] |
