Salt & Brygga, The Western Harbour
Salt & Brygga has received lots of awards and certifications, one of them by Slow Food a few years ago. The name means Salt & Bridge in English. I think they choose the name because of the salt in the water and the Oresund Bridge which is clearly visible from their open-air restaurant. The restaurant is situated at Sundspromenaden 7, just by the water, and with an amazing view over the sea. As the neighboring restaurant Spot, much Salt & Brygga’s attraction lies in its location. And the food of course. I skipped the fish and meat dishes and went for a vegetarian meal. The food was fresh, well prepared and apparently most of their products are organic.
